We got up early at 8 o’clock in the morning (being woken up by Scarlet ). While we got ready Nadine (YuliaBaby) called us that we would not meet up in Brühl because the plans had been changed and we would meet up in Cologne. One hour later we took the bus to Neuss. After our arrival we bought something to eat at the “Backwerk” heading to the main station to take the train to Cologne. We arrived at 10:46 am, Nadine and Jess told us they’d arrive at 11:59 am, so we tried to overcome the boredom with walking around in the main shopping street of Cologne in the cold. And yes, it really was cold. One hour later we made our way back to the main station of Cologne to welcome Nadine and Jess. They didn’t know that Flo was with me, that was a surprise we’d planned just when it was sure he would be in Cologne for NYE. We were quite excited because we hadn’t seen them in a while, Flo didn’t meet Jess before, and well. Unfortunately, Jess and Nadine had some problems and so they weren’t able to arrive in time. One hour later we came back again, Flo hid behind an information sign and I welcomed them both when they arrived. After that I told them I had an surprise for them and Flo came out from behind the sign showing up. Their reaction was kinda cute. Jess was like ‘I knew it! I knew it!.” and Nadine couldn’t believe it at all. The four of us decided to go the Hilton hotel in Cologne where t.A.T.u. stayed years ago. The atmosphere was excited and just awesome, we were laughing, screaming and talking all the time. In front of the hotel we couldn’t stop talking about insiders, including the imagination of Parviz as the perfect bodyguard in front of the hotel. At 1.20 pm we left the street and walked back to the Cologne cathedral where Flo and I had been several times on that day already to wait for all the other t.A.T.u. fans who we were supposed to meet at 1.30 pm. We sat on some “stone bench” together with Nadine’s dog ‘Lena’. Nadine began to play Obyez’anka Nol and the dog began to whine and ‘sing’ to that song, it was hilarious. Everybody was looking at the dog in an amused way. After some time we decided to call Aileen because they hadn’t arrived at that moment and it was already ‘quite late’. She told us they’d be there in a short while and soon we made our way to the place in front of the main station and met Aileen (the_little_ONE), Odette, Anneke, Joost and Rabie (Tourniquet). They welcomed us cordially and soon the others arrived, too. At the end we were fifteen people. Several photos were made and videos were taken and we already could see that it would be a lot of fun. After a short while we made our way to the Cologne cathedral and those who hadn’t been in there before entered it, Jess, Nadine, Flo and I waited outside. Afterwards there were group photos being taken by a kind man who proved that Volkova isn’t the only one who hasn’t improved her technical skills, hahaha. Many of us were still quite tired and cold and so we decided to drink a coffee at the Hard Rock Café of Cologne. So we walked through the main shopping street of Cologne that was kinda crowded just to get to know that we were just too many people to be able to sit at one table in the Café. Some of us bought a coffee to go at the café across the street. The most of the fifteen t.A.T.u. fans wanted to go to the Rhine and later visit the ‘Chocolate Museum’ of Cologne but Nadine, Jess, Flo and I decided to leave them alone for a short while because we hadn’t really eaten a lot and were hungry and we also weren’t really interested in a chocolate museum. McDonalds was way too crowded but fortunately we found a place to sit down, spent a lot of money for food and ‘chilled’ there for a while. Afterwards we still had some time left, walked back to the main station before heading to the Rhine river and walking around a bit. When we arrived at the ‘Chocolate Museum’ at 4.40 pm the others were still inside the building so we sat down on a bench in the cold because we couldn’t enter the building with Lena. We were freezing a lot but were amused by watching little children tripping, falling down and people jumping up the stairs. It was quite interesting to see. At about 5.15 pm the others were ready and we made our way along the Rhine at 5.30 pm. Then we had the idea to play some t.A.T.u. music, so I began to play Running Blind with my mobile phone. Flo and I were singing along, Jess and Nadine joined soon and also Arno and later some more. A few minutes later we stopped at a lighted Information-‘Center’ and I changed to Not Gonna Get Us. Aileen began to take a video of it and soon all of us were singing Not Gonna Get Us in public. People were staring at us, obviously, but we didn’t care. All The Things She Said followed and also a bunch of other songs that were all recorded. We had so much fun singing and forgot about the cold until we couldn’t really move anymore. It felt like my toes were completely frozen and I had problems to move my legs and go forward at all. The French people and Rabie left and Anneke, Odette and Sabine wanted to eat at a restaurant. So we said goodbye to them and Joost, Daniel and Aileen came with Nadine, Jess, Flo and I to keep us company until our trains came. First we said good-bye to Nadine and Jess heading for Koblenz together with Lena. And 5 minutes later also Flo and I had to say bye to the three people that were left of us at the station. We sat down in the train, exhausted and frozen. All in all, we can say that this day was awesome and actually a lot of fun. It was really cold but that didn’t change our mood at all, it basically was a great experience and interesting to be able to put a face to some international forum members. We hope we can meet each other soon again, maybe even at a t.A.T.u. concert, that definitely would be magnificent.

I am very satisfied with this one! I had a really great time and I'm glad I pushed myself to go. I had to spend the first day in bed because I felt so sick, and even on the second day I couldn't be my full self because I needed to recover. Everybody made sure I was alright and made me feel better. Yesterday was my best day because I felt better, I had such a great time from am to pm! All in all I met some really great people and am already excited for the next meeting.

Well I'm back home and I miss everyone already I've had such a great time in Cologne! We did so many things: sightseeing, went to the chocolade museum, Phantasialand, going out for diner/drinks, visited a karaokebar and of course celebrated NYE in a bar. 1) Thank you, thank you and thank you again Aileen, for all the organization. You were really great and prepared for everything. You took care about us and I appreciated a lot. It's not easy to think about what to do, what to skip and what to change...
2) WE were a great group! Nobody can say the opposite...
I had so much fun hanging out with you.
3) t.A.T.u. were with us everywhere. For example it was funny to sing aloud t.A.T.u. songs while walking back to the hotel.
Ohhh...when the club played Ne Ver Ne Bosya.
4) Thank you so much for the videos and all the pics...you know, stupid me, I forgot the camera!

I feel so sad now that I'm back home. We had the most amazing time in Cologne! It was super to see everyone again and to meet Anne-Julie, Elza, Kotenok, Flo and Brody! t.A.T.u. really does connect people!!!
So many new unforgettable moments! The best one was the guy trying to take our group pic and holding the camera the wrong way, gosh I laughed so hard, I still laugh when thinking about it... the pic of his face... Hilarious!!!
Sabine and Odette OMG how much fun can one have with a candle? And that for hours on end haha. I'll never look at a candle the same way!
The chocolate museum was very interesting and Phantasialand was soooo much fun!! Aileen you really did an amazing job orginizing this trip!!
And last but not least, yesterday evening was amazing!!! The best night out ever! The club was cool, but what made it fantastic was the amazing company! Guys, you all ROCK!! And I'll never forget when NVNBNP started playing, did we rock that club or what? And ATTSS was amazing too!!

I just want to say that this t.A.T.u. meeting was a lot of fun and I enjoyed every minute with you guys! Unfortunately I was so shy that's why I wasn't really talkative, but next time it'll be better, haha. February, 13 t.A.T.u. Parties in Cologne and Krakow
Finally organizers of winter t.A.T.u. parties, that took place 29 December – 1 January in Cologne and 16 January in Krakow, have collected all pictures, videos and feedback of participants in one post. Fans from several European countries came to Cologne for a New Year party, and Krakow fans managed to organize the club party that was promoted by national-level media. Guys, you’re the best
Last year’s New Year t.A.T.u. party took place in Paris , and a city of the next fan-meeting is now being discussed at the forum.
Looks like European t.A.T.u. fans have started a great tradition!
